Consent is collected through an explicit, unchecked checkbox at the point you provide your phone number — it is never pre-checked for you, and providing SMS consent is always optional, never a condition of using the free CRM.Message frequency varies based on your account activity and where you are in the process with us — typically no more than a few messages per week.
